1. Delivery Time:

   • Standard delivery: 3–7 working days (depending on location).

   • Remote or out-of-city deliveries may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Charges:

   • We offer Free Delivery Nationwide on most orders.

   • In case of return or refusal, the customer may be charged for two-way delivery.

3. Order Confirmation:

   • Orders are only dispatched after phone or WhatsApp confirmation.

   • A small advance payment may be required to confirm delivery.

4. Tracking:

   • Once shipped, you’ll receive your tracking number via WhatsApp or email.

5. Damaged or Lost Parcels:

   • If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with proof.

   • We’ll resolve the issue through replacement or compensation based on evaluation.
